Our goal is to create a truly special and free to the public event for the Wausau community – jam-packed with high energy music, food, vendors, artists, community groups and more!
100% of funds raised will go towards paying for musicians, sound, permits, fees, facilities and all other event-related expenses. If we happen to raise more than expected/needed, the additional funds will go towards making the 2027 Shindig even bigger and better! We hope to grow this event into a true community staple and can’t do it without your help! Because this is a free event, we are relying entirely on business sponsorships and community member donations.
Community Sponsorship/Donation
Community donations of $100+ prior to May 2026 will receive their name/family name on the event t-shirt (please note the name you'd like listed, if any) and will be listed on our event website. Donations of $2,000+ will have a reserved patio table and $100 food and drink credit from Malarkey's and Mumble Wrap.
